Send your loved one a message

At this very challenging time we are acutely aware of the emotions of families and friends who are separated from their loved ones who are patients at the trust.

Having to suspend visiting for patients was a difficult but necessary decision for us in keeping with national guidance to keep everyone safe. To try and ease the pain of separation and make sure you can still keep in touch with your loved one during their time with us we have introduced a “Send a message” scheme. We are sure this will mean a lot to our patients, brighten up their day and give them the boost of love and support they need from you - their family and friends.

If you have a loved one in any of our wards and you would like to send them a message and or photo please complete the form below. We will print your message and deliver this to them. Please be assured that the forms you use are encrypted and once printed in the trust your message will not be held on any of our systems for future use.

If you would like to send a message, please complete the form below and click the submit button.

Please note that all messages are received centrally, screened and delivered to wards once a day (late afternoon).
